BayCare Medical Group is a physician led organization seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-performing surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong institutional support and a growing cardiovascular program.

Position Highlights

• Join a team of 3 experienced Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons
• APP support to enhance workflow, efficiency, and patient care
• Established referral base with consistent case volume
• Access to advanced technology and operating rooms within the Heart Institute
• Collegial culture with multidisciplinary collaboration

Practice Details

• Full spectrum of adult cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
• Strong hospital partnership and administrative support
• Emphasis on quality outcomes and patient-centered care
• Balanced call coverage shared among surgeons

Qualifications

Qualifications

Position Requires:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Eligible for or active Florida medical license
• Experience or interest in a team-based, high-acuity hospital setting
• Commitment to clinical excellence and collaboration
• Share call with three cardiothoracic surgeons.
