Quality Technician

Job TitleThe Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client's industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.Client seeks a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.Skills:Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel useStrong manual dexterityHigh-volume parts inspection and handlingAutomated inspection equipment operationMicroscopic visual inspectionPrecision pin, thread, and ring gagingManufacturing Execution System (MES) experienceEducation:High School diploma or equivalentSome college or technical coursework preferredAbility to read and converse in EnglishAbility to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
