Maintenance Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support residential facilities and homes. This individual will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and complete 1-3 work orders per day at various residential properties within a 10-mile radius.
Daily responsibilities include:
-Changing light bulbs and air filters
-Replacing locks, doorknobs, and handles
-Patching and painting walls and doors
-Installing smoke detectors
-Replacing mailboxes and posts
-Caulking, re-caulking, and grouting
-Installing showerheads and bathroom fixtures
-Repairing fences, decks, porches, and window screens
-Hanging blinds, curtain rods, and fixtures
-Minor concrete/cement repairs
-Moving and relocating furniture
-Transporting materials or making supply runs to Home Depot
-Completing daily work order logs and maintenance documentation
