Qualifications and Requirements:
MD or DO degree.
Unrestricted medical license in the state.
Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG).
Board certification must be achieved within five years of eligibility.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
