Set up kitchen stations efficiently, organize ingredients, and manage cooking timelines to ensure timely service during events. Qualifications Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Efficient in preparing large, various quantities Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or catering environment. Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining standards. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques essential for banquet service. Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment. Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen settings demonstrating culinary expertise. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail during large-scale events.
