Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• At least 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. (Client-specific requirement.)
• Experience with typical SNF documentation and Medicare/Medicaid reporting preferred.
• Ability to provide therapy in a long-term care environment, including working with geriatric populations and post-acute patients.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Client requires 30–34 guaranteed hours per week.
• 13-week contract.
