Occupational Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.

An Occupational Therapist is needed for an outpatient/inpatient split position, primarily focusing on outpatient care. Candidates should be prepared to provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document care delivered and progress made in the required charting system.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• North Carolina State OT License required.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• EPIC charting experience is strongly preferred.
• Travel experience and flexibility to float within the hospital are advantageous.
