Dixon Valve - 250 Dixon Drive - Responsibilities: Inspect and approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods against engineering drawings and specifications; Perform product inspections daily using height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools; Document inspection results through reports, logs, and database entries, including rework and scrap tracking; Communicate nonconformances to affected parties and follow up for required adjustments; Maintain and manage all production gauges; performing in-house calibration where possible and coordinating third-party calibration when necessary
