Front End Developer —Hybrid Work Opportunity. Requires working onsite in the Charlotte, NC office weekly on Tuesdays. We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer. The ideal candidate will: Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Be familiar with SQL and Blazor. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development and design. Contribute to the overall improvement of our digital products' user experiences. Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications. Pay Range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of development experience. Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (Bootstrap and Blazor) Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or equivalent. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Project Management department and other areas of the business as they are our primary users. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Basic understanding of back-end development concepts. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Ability to effectively work with limited or no supervision. Superior analytical and time management skills.
