USA Marketing Manager

Location: Savannah, GA (On-site)

Direct Reports: 2 Lead Development Representatives (LDRs)

About the Role

Vermont Slate Company is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, pipeline growth, and marketing performance across the United States.

This is not a traditional communications or events role. We are looking for a commercial-minded marketing leader who understands how to turn marketing investment into qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Leadership to drive measurable business growth while leading our Lead Development Representative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual U.S. marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage demand generation strategies across products, territories, customer segments, and channels.
• Drive qualified lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
• Own Salesforce processes related to leads, opportunities, funnel management, and reporting.
• Define lead qualification, assignment, and follow-up standards alongside Sales.
• Lead digital marketing, content, trade marketing, events, paid media, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and budget performance.
• Lead and develop a team of two Lead Development Representatives (LDRs).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize investments based on ROI.
• Produce dashboards and reports covering leads, conversions, pipeline, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or market development.
• Proven experience generating leads, creating pipeline, and supporting revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and managing measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Native English or professional fluency.

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, roofing, building materials, architecture, manufacturing, or professional distribution environments is highly desirable.

Travel
