Nurse Manager - Infusion Services

Schedule

Monday to Friday - Days

Assignment Details

Contract duration and guaranteed hours will be discussed upon application.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current and unrestricted RN license required at the time of application.
• 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as a staff RN in immunotherapy/Chemotherapy.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• ACLS certification is required; PALS and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and budget management within assigned departments.
• Coordinate nursing service orientation and skill development for new staff.
• Make patient care assignments based on patient needs and staff qualifications.
• Monitor compliance with nursing service policies and regulatory standards.
• Foster quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.
• Facilitate staff training and development, ensuring all educational requirements are met.

Compliance / Notes

Flu vaccination is required. Background checks and fingerprinting processes will be conducted prior to employment.
