Position Description Seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong nCino and Salesforce expertise to support a large-scale banking initiative. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design solutions, lead data mapping and systems integration efforts, support testing and platform releases, and drive process improvements across lending operations. The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team using modern technologies while contributing to enterprise digital lending solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and testing teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation. Support nCino and Salesforce-based lending platform implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production releases. Analyze commercial or consumer lending workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Lead current-state and future-state process mapping activities. Perform business and technical impact analysis for proposed system changes. Lead data mapping, data conversion, ETL, and systems integration requirements. Validate source-to-target data mappings and perform SQL-based data validation. Coordinate integrations between nCino, Salesforce, lending platforms, data systems, and third-party applications. Support UAT planning, test-case development, test execution, defect management, and regression testing. Coordinate release management and change management activities. Ensure solutions align with lending operations, credit processes, compliance requirements, and risk controls. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, process reviews, and solution walkthroughs. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support communication and coordination across business, technology, data, and vendor teams. Required Qualifications 6+ years of Business Analysis experience. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience for Lead-level candidates. Minimum 3 Years Of Meaningful, Hands-on NCino Experience. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience. Strong understanding of commercial lending or consumer lending operations. Strong experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management. Expertise In Developing Business and functional requirements User stories Acceptance criteria Process maps Workflow diagrams Impact assessments Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, systems integration, and SQL-based data validation. Experience leading UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release validation. Experience supporting release management and change management activities. Strong understanding of lending workflows, credit operations, compliance requirements, and risk controls. Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a complex banking environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with nCino implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform enhancements. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration and ETL tools. Salesforce certification. nCino certification. Experience supporting enterprise digital lending transformation programs.
