What You'll Do

As the General Manager at Hot Tuna, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and labor cost management.
• Leading and mentoring staff, with a focus on server training and team development.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Managing budgets, inventory, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Upholding our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment.
• A strong understanding of food cost, labor cost, and server training best practices.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
