Pastry Sous Chef - NYC Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year Location: New York City (Corporate dining account) Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation, production, and ordering for the pastry department; handle, prepare, and store perishable products; adhere to HACCP guidelines; oversee menu development, inventory, ordering, sanitation, and hourly associate management including hiring, counseling, coaching, and development.
