About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Must have previous experience working in Labor and Delivery. Experience with labor/induction patients, circulating role in the OB-OR, and antepartum assignments is required. Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel is required. License: Must have an active state nursing license in hand. Compact licenses are accepted. Certifications: Must possess ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications. Required certifications must be active with nothing pending. Must-Have: Experience with EPIC Stork preferred but not required. Two references from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessments is required. Description: This is a night shift position consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Work hours will be from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The nurse will provide care during labor and delivery and assist in various assignments. Duties may include working with labor/induction patients and assisting in the OB-OR. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary support for patient care. All travelers must comply with the nicotine-free facility requirements unless exempt. Candidates may extend their contracts for a period after which a break is required.
