Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Provide guidance and support to the patient care team. Qualifications Active Illinois RN license required.
