Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in‑home, in‑school, or in‑clinic. Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Track client progress through accurate data collection. Collaborate with families and the care team to create the best outcomes. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports growth. Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour Full‑Time or Part‑Time Available Flexible Shifts — We’ll work with your schedule. Location: Baltimore, Maryland Registered Behavior Technician Skills and Qualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus. Ability to pass a background check.
