Cath Lab Tech

The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for assisting in various cardiac procedures. Typical procedures performed include LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic, and intervention. Experience with pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEE, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests is preferred. The Cath Lab has 3 holding bays and 2 Cath suites, staffed by 9 members. The patient-to-staff ratio is 3:1. The Cath Lab utilizes GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab EMR. Team members are expected to take on-call responsibilities as part of the rotating schedule. On-call duties are shared evenly across a 4-week rotation, usually amounting to 8-12 days. The ideal candidate will have a positive and flexible attitude and a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.
