Pharmacist

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will verify and dispense prescriptions, perform clinical medication reviews, manage dosing protocols, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient counseling, monitoring for drug interactions and adverse events, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You’ll contribute to quality improvement, precept learners, and support research initiatives in a highly collaborative, academic medical environment.
