Cashier

Broad Street Oyster Co.   is looking for crew members! ALL EMPLOYEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE TIP POOL! Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing orders, keeping the kitchen clean and in order, and practicing safe and efficient procedures to ensure quality is upheld.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Take orders and complete transactions on a POS
• Provide customer service up to company standards
