Job Title: Order Picker

Join a growing warehouse team responsible for verifying, processing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Looking for candidates that want to advance quickly and want to succeed in a work hard / rewarding environment

• Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for order accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track and process orders.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.

• Warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Open warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Casual dress code and hands-on work using scanners, computers, and warehouse equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Mankato, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
