CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM LEAD LEGAL ASSISTANT - 73005243 Requisition No: 877820 Agency: Department of Revenue Position Number: 73005243 Salary: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04 annually Job Summary: Operations Analyst II position that performs as a team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy leading others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include: Assist with performance monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures. Serve as the team’s subject matter expert and complete tasks related to complex and escalated projects within the Legal Services Unit. Assist the supervisor in training and coaching legal assistants to ensure consistent performance and development across the unit. Assist the unit, as needed, in processing incoming referrals to support meeting pending workload goals and ensure timely case progression. Qualifications Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue. Legal Service Unit experience required: providing legal assistance in an office or court environment, reviewing and processing legal documents and/or correspondence, and communicating with case parties, court officials, clerks of court, opposing attorneys, etc. One year of experience explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public. Two years of experience coaching, mentoring, or training others. One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods. One year of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. Location & Working Hours Position is located in Crestview, FL. Standard workdays are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
