Food and Beverage Manager (J41154) Belfast, Northern Ireland Salary: GBP 15,000 - GBP 17,000 per annum + Pension, career development. We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team of an exciting new hotel in South Belfast. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the guest experience, building a high-performing team, and establishing one of Belfast's newest hospitality destinations. The Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of all food and beverage operations across the hotel. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, maintain outstanding service standards, and lead, motivate and develop a talented team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, lounge, banqueting and events. Lead, inspire and develop department managers and team members. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and profitability targets. Drive sales, up-selling initiatives and revenue growth. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations. Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards. Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to enhance the overall guest experience. Recruit, train and retain top hospitality talent. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior F&B leadership role within a hotel environment. Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Passion for hospitality, guest service and operational excellence. Experience managing restaurant, bar and events operations. Knowledge of food safety and licensing requirements.
