Job Full Description We are hiring Custodians for Tuscaloosa area

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling; replace liners and maintain disposal areas
- Clean windows, glass doors, and interior fixtures as needed
- Perform routine floor care: buffing, stripping, waxing, and spot treatments
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance/repair needs
- Refill paper products, soap, and other supplies; track inventory
- Follow safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals properly, and wear PPE
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests and set up/tear down for events
- Report security or facility issues to supervisor promptly
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience (1+ year)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand, bend, and climb ladders occasionally
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required
