Bring your ideas, find better ways to connect with clients, and help us build an even stronger client experience. You'll Build Relationships This role involves plenty of conversation. You'll connect with prospective, current, and past clients, as well as members of our internal team throughout the day. You'll Make an Impact What You'll Do Connect with new leads, qualify project opportunities, and schedule consultations for our Design-Build and Handyman teams. Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey, from the first inquiry through project completion and warranty. Maintain accurate client, lead, appointment, and project information in our CRM. Support the sales team with scheduling, presentation materials, project documentation, reminders, and follow-up. Coordinate client communications including surveys, review follow-up, postcards, letters, and other scheduled touchpoints. Support marketing efforts including client events, campaigns, communications, and other projects that help strengthen the Schloegel brand and client experience. Help create a welcoming, organized office experience for clients, visitors, and the internal team. What We're Looking For You’ve got the gift of gab. If you say you’re going to do something, it gets done. Additional Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person. Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology. Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or another role were connecting with people is part of the job is preferred.
