What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience supporting students with autism and behavioral/behavioral health needs
• Reliable transportation and readiness to manage daily commute
• Ability to successfully pass drug screen and background/fingerprinting clearances
• Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week); no part-time or split schedule
• Prompt, professional communication for absences or scheduling changes

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with a range of abilities and needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Assess, plan, and document progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Engage and motivate students through evidence-based OT interventions
• Maintain clear records and communicate proactively with school personnel
