Youll work with businesses, institutions, and industrial clients to solve complex water challengeswhile building a high-income, long-term career. Benefits/Perks

- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site visits and water assessments for commercial and industrial clients
- Design customized water treatment solutions (softening, filtration, RO, specialty systems)
- Present proposals and close high-value contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful installations
- Manage and grow a pipeline across multiple markets
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners and operators
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing ongoing support and handling service issues
- Proven success in B2B or commercial sales (water treatment experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to sell consultatively and manage longer sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Computer skills in most Microsoft Office applications are required
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working across Las Cruces and El Paso markets
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within these markets
