You lead store operations, develop and coach your team, and elevate the client experience. What You’ll Do Lead Store Operations & Client Experience. Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Inspire & Develop High-Performing Teams. What You’ll Bring Store Manager Experience. Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments, with the ability to set strategic direction, champion store culture, drive store results, and execute business plans to achieve targets. Location & Availability Location: On-site at 3811 South Cooper Street, Arlington, TX 76015, United States (US). Availability: Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds; stock shelving; stand and walk the sales floor; work in a fragrance-filled environment; apply products to clients with or without accommodation. What You’ll Get The annual base salary range is $78,200.00 – $95,750.00. Actual base salary offered depends on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, business considerations, and location. Eligible for bonuses.
