Printed Circuit Board Designer

PCB DesignerJoin our team in Northridge, CA, a vibrant community known for its innovation and growth. We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented PCB Designer to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities include:Experience in schematic capture, high-density multilayer PCB layout, and working with flex and rigid-flex circuit assemblies.Proficiency in RF and high-speed signal routing, impedance control, length matching, and crosstalk mitigation.Work with high-speed electronics, multi MCU systems for low power wearable devices, and class 3 medical products.Create component footprints, models, and manage component libraries.Place components, route signals, and generate Gerber and ODB files, preferably using Altium.Determine optimum layer stack-up for PCB design.Experience with Altium Designer Schematic Capture or similar (Orcad), Altium A365, and PCB Layout Tools.Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC for board design.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external PCB manufacturing houses with DFM activities to resolve technical queries (EQs).Work with CAD models to perform 3D clearance checks against mechanical enclosures.Skilled in optimizing designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.EEO EmployerLanceSoft is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and an equal opportunity employer.
