Location: Home- 4:00-6:30 Monday thru Friday

Phoenix Rising ABA is a clinician-owned and operated ABA agency seeking dependable, compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, home-based ABA services to children and families in Central New Jersey.

What we're looking for

• A dependable professional who can consistently commit to an assigned schedule
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance
• Strong communication and professional boundaries
• Comfort working one-on-one with children in their homes and collaborating with caregivers
• Willingness to follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the supervising BCBA
• An active RBT certification for positions and insurance plans that require it; other candidates may be considered where permitted
