Bi-Lingual Clinical Therapist

We are looking for a skilled Bi-lingual Clinical Therapist who is a compassionate and skilled counselor who specializes in identifying, analyzing, and treating emotional issues and mental illnesses. You will work in and with various settings such as outside agencies, mental health clinics, virtual settings, home and community-based locations. You will provide therapeutic services to members and/or their families undergoing difficulties ranging from interpersonal conflicts, behavioral concerns, psychological worries that can stem from acute to chronic physical, emotional or psychological trauma.

Clinical Therapists are required to coordinate with community agencies, planning, developing and evaluating program and services. Clinical Therapist will promote member and family wellness through evaluative measures and work closely with support providers to address both the psychological as well as functional concerns of members and/or families.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust and therapeutic rapport
• Provide high levels of clinical treatment and support
• Maintain chart compliance
• Coordinate treatment plan goals and objectives with outside agencies and other supporting people
• Assess and diagnosis mental health disorders
• Treatment planning and progress monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $65.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
