Your Impact: What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Professional, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate, empowering individuals to reach their personal goals while building confidence and independence. What We're Looking For: We're looking for people who lead with compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet: High school diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant work or life experience. Additionally, candidates must have: A valid driver's license. Reliable personal transportation with current insurance. Ability to complete required background screenings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
