Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic leader to fill the role of Digital Retail Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to: Recruit, hire and lead an all‑star sales team focused on assisting customers shopping online Identify and implement processes to engage, support and close online shoppers Monitor and manage the quality and success of conversations between sales team members and online shoppers Provide assistance to sales team members in identifying vehicle solutions that meet the customer’s needs and budget Structure car deals and meet with customers directly when necessary to close sales Oversee the customer follow up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed Benefits This isn’t just a job – it’s a career.
