Senior Outside Sales Consultant - Commercial Equipment Financing First Financial LLC is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Equipment Finance Sales Professional to join our team and help expand our customer and vendor relationships throughout the market. This is an opportunity for an established sales professional who understands the equipment financing industry, knows how to develop relationships, and has the drive to build a substantial book of business. Earning Potential: $100,000-$200,000+ We offer a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation opportunity with the ability to earn $100,000-$200,000+ annually based on production and results. About the Opportunity The Senior Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business and expanding relationships with equipment dealers, vendors, manufacturers, business owners and other referral partners. The ideal candidate already has experience in equipment financing, equipment leasing, commercial lending, or a closely related industry and understands how financing can help businesses acquire the equipment they need to grow. This is not a traditional sales job where you simply work a list of leads. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities, develop relationships and close business. What You'll Do Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, phone outreach, email and relationship building Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, vendors, manufacturers and business owners Identify opportunities for equipment financing and leasing Manage opportunities from initial contact through funding Work with customers to understand their equipment and financing needs Structure and present financing solutions appropriate for the customer Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Follow up consistently with prospects, customers and referral partners Develop a personal book of business and long-term referral relationships Work closely with First Financial's internal team to move transactions efficiently from application through funding Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in our CRM Meet and exceed production and revenue goals Represent First Financial professionally in the marketplace and at industry events What We're Looking For Required/Preferred Experience: Previous experience in equipment financing or equipment leasing strongly preferred Experience in commercial lending, financial services, equipment sales or B2B sales will also be considered Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Existing relationships with equipment dealers, vendors, manufacturers or commercial customers is a strong plus Understanding of commercial equipment financing, leasing, credit and/or loan structures Strong business development and prospecting skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized with excellent follow-up skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Ability to develop long-term relationships rather than relying solely on transactional sales Who Will Be Successful in This Role?
