The nurse must have experience in the specialty within the past three years and hold a Georgia or compact license. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts. Job Details: Location: Atlanta, Georgia Shift: Days Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 08/03/2026 Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia or compact license; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; at least 18 months of recent experience in telemetry within the past three years; experience caring for acute care patients in an emergency department holding area. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency department settings and familiarity with acute care protocols. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for managing acute care patients in a holding area within the emergency department, following standard procedures and protocols.
