Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris. We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead backend architecture, design, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, ensure high-quality code delivery, and drive the successful execution of large-scale enterprise projects. What will you be doing Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend solutions. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams. Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering best practices. Ensure code quality through reviews, standards enforcement, and mentoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Support performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security initiatives. Drive successful project delivery within Agile environments. Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities. Ability to drive technical strategy and architectural decisions. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and project deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with American Express (AMEX) projects or environments. Knowledge of OneAMEX platform, processes, or ecosystem. Experience building highly scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. Exposure to large-scale financial services or payment processing systems. The total compensation range for this role is $59,040 – $73,800 USD . Atos provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation that Atos, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
