Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position; physicians govern clinical operations, make clinical decisions, and set patient‑care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with physician participation as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. MedCBO Non‑Clinical Services Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support. EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination. Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure. HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support. Supply chain and vendor coordination.
