Schedule:

• Day and night shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RN license, unencumbered and in good standing
• Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in Medical/Surgical Oncology or Oncology
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC electronic health records (EHR) system
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Compassionate communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• BLS certification required; Oncology certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy agents, monitoring patients’ responses and managing side effects
• Provide education and emotional support to oncology patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
• Employ evidence-based practice and follow all regulatory standards
• Chart thoroughly using the EPIC system
• Participate in patient rounds, discharge planning, and ongoing care coordination
