Temporary Graduate Finance Trainee (MC614) The Original British Motorcycling Company Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, designing, engineering and manufacturing iconic motorcycles that celebrate our heritage while embracing the future. We are seeking a temporary graduate finance trainee to join our finance team in Hinckley, which supports all areas of finance across our global operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax, treasury, commercial finance, and group reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career finance professional to gain broad exposure within a complex, international business. Working in a centralised Group function, you’ll collaborate with teams across finance and engage with senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary based on business needs, offering diverse experience and a strong foundation in finance. You’ll contribute to key activities such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and value-driven projects. The role is fast-paced and development-focused, offering significant learning opportunities and potential pathways into future permanent roles. Management accounts Treasury, cash and bank Foreign exchange and hedging Debtors reporting and credit control Customs and duty Accounts payable Pricing analysis Preparatory work on statutory accounts Preparatory work on budgets Group consolidation Qualifications We’re looking for motivated candidates with a 2:1 or above in Business, Finance, or Accounting, who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Hours of Work 39 hours of week- Fully office based.
