Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Greystar's Arcadia at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee routine upkeep, diagnose and repair issues, and coordinate the make-ready process for a 320-unit midrise community. You will supervise team members, enforce safety standards, manage parts inventory, schedule vendors, and contribute to budgeting, cost control, and high resident satisfaction.
