About the Position

Job Title: RN CVICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac and Vascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience with Impella, IABP, and LVAD devices. NxStage experience preferred. Description: We are seeking a skilled RN CVICU to provide high-quality care to both cardiac medical and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients. This position involves caring for patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring advanced therapies and devices. The unit provides a 2:1 patient ratio for those with devices such as Impella, IABP, LVAD, and NxStage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in managing critically ill patients in a specialized ICU setting.
