As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of Continuant's go-to-market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for generating top-of-funnel leads through outbound prospecting. Working closely with the Demand Generation team, the SDR will primarily leverage cold calling to build a robust pipeline of quality leads across multiple industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

• High-volume cold calling for data validation and event invitations
• Qualify leads and book meetings for AEs
• Managing email inboxes, outreach and building sequences within the CRM
• Utilizing multiple sales tools, CRM, and platforms
• Utilizing LinkedIn and social selling
• Ongoing education around foundational sales skills and industry knowledge

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivatedpersistence, resilience, and a lot of grit
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in high metrics or call center environment preferred (6 months)
• Experience with CRM/HubSpot
• Previous sales or customer service experience
