We are hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want to earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services and consultations. Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation. Qualifications What You Need: You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
