We are actively hiring nurses for multiple 1:1 home care cases with consistent schedules across the Belleville area.

• Fairview Heights: MonFri 7a5p
• Lenzburg: MonFri 7a3p
• O'Fallon: Sun, Mon, Wed (812 hour shifts)

?? Night Shifts:

• Shiloh: E/O Thurs 6p8a
• Smithton: FriSun 9:30p6a
• Lenzburg: TuesWed overnight shifts

?? Weekend / Flexible:

• Washington Park: Multiple day (9a9p) and night (9p9a) openings
• Shiloh: Weekend day and night shifts available
