Quality Control (QC) Supervisor
Cuyahoga County, OH | Full-Time | Onsite - Temp-Hire
We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead a quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising and mentoring QC personnel, overseeing inspection activities, investigating non-conformances, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule, and train Quality Control personnel.
- Oversee inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
- Investigate non-conforming materials and products and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal quality audits and maintain compliance with quality management standards.
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure products meet customer requirements, internal specifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and Quality Management System (QMS) software.
- Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and IPC guidelines for electronics manufacturing.
- Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
