Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. **Responsibilities:** * - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions* Perform routine & planned PM activities on designated production equipment* Coordinate with and assist contract service providers in completing complex machine repairs and startups* Work cross functionally with other maintenance personnel and departments to support production needs* Perform all duties as assigned in compliance with company safety standards**Qualifications:** * Ability to operate forklift, cranes, powertools, and other handtools in support of troubleshooting and repair functions* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and other equipment related documentation* Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work with minimal supervision* Ability to clearly communicate, both written and verbally, details of a technical nature related to equipment issues and repair needs* Ability to work in a diverse team oriented environment Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year or technical school and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. #LI-KM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
