Job Description
Sun Country Landscaping Inc. is hiring experienced landscape Crew leaders. The right crew member will have verifiable landscape experience.
Knowledge and proper use of power and hand tools Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, other equipment and vehicles with previous foreman experience managing a crew of 3+ members.
• Performance & Quality: • Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members • Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met • Identifying more efficient ways to perform work • Client Satisfaction: • Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution • Crew Management: • Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members • Assisting the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members • Turning in accurate crew time logs • Safety: • Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies • Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance • Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles Requirements Experience in landscape maintenance preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs.(Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and / or pushed) Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and / or squatting
Weekly Pay Pay according to experience Bonus program for employee referrals Bonus program for crew leaders when they meet KPI's per month Medical Dental, Vision Insurance

- Meets physical requirements of operating equipment and is capable of working outdoors with intense heat/cold conditions, loud noises, etc.
- Individuals who are bilingual with English and Spanish are preferred.
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
