You have the option to be Paid Daily, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule.Now Hiring:Full-Time Maintenance AssistantShift is Monday through Friday 1st shift, on-call every other weekendResponsibilities:Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.On-call dutyOther duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.Qualifications:Maintenance apprenticeship desirable.Previous long-term care experience is desirable.Experience in basic repair and maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to work independently or part of a group.Computer knowledge.Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.Complete Care at Care Age is an equal opportunity employer.
