No experience? No problem! Whether you’re stepping into property management for the first time or bringing skills from retail, hospitality, or similar fields, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive.

Flexible Schedule: Work 16-20 hours per week on 2 or 3 weekly shifts, including Friday and Saturday. We’re always closed on major holidays. Say goodbye to late nights and early mornings!

Your Role as Assistant Manager
You’ll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for our customers and ensuring the facility operates smoothly.
- Customer Service: Assist clients in finding the perfect storage solutions.
- Daily Operations: Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Problem Solver: Help maintain the financial health of the property with proactive solutions.
This is a mix of office work and outdoor tasks —so you’ll enjoy variety while keeping the facility secure and customer-ready!
What You Bring to the Table
- A can-do attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer skills (we’ll teach you the rest!).
- Some experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation.
