As one of more than 300 Lithia & Driveway Dealerships nationwide representing over 30 manufacturers in 25 states, there are many opportunities for you to pursue your short and long-term career goals.We’re looking for performance-minded individuals that will help us continue to drive success – apply today to join the nation's largest automotive retailer!Who We're Looking For:Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationTyping – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.Basic computer skillsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWhat You'll Do:Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first approach.Listen to customer concerns, assess vehicle needs through a walkaround, and clearly explain recommended services.Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and upfront pricing using the ADP system.Review multi-point inspection findings, discuss additional service recommendations, and obtain customer authorization.Coordinate with technicians, dispatch repair orders, and ensure service needs and timelines are clearly understood.Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates on pricing, progress, and completion.Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival through final handoff.Total RewardsActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
